Gina Carano takes centre-stage in upcoming action thriller In The Blood which hits DVD and Blu-Ray in the UK on June 2.
When her husband (Cam Gigandet) goes missing during their Caribbean vacation, a woman (Carano) sets off
on her own to take down the men she thinks are responsible.
One thing that the straight to video market does better than mainstream cinema is give action heroines a chance to shine. Carano is one of the most impressive stars working in the genre with cracking turns in Haywire and Fast & Furious 6 to her name. In The Blood also has top-notch support from action regulars Stephen Lang, Cam Gigandet, Danny Trejo and Luis Guzmán, so colour us excited.
