Welsh rising pop talent LOYD delivers an earworm of epic proportions in new single Take a Bite. The track sees the star play with delicious gothic imagery, pairing it with enchanting nu-disco production to create a truly intoxicating combination. To make matters even more exciting LOYD recruits Tom Aspaul to feature on the single, injecting it with a further queer disco deliciousness.
Edward Russell produces the track, packing it with a lush cinematic urgency before it transcends into a high-energy nu-disco gem and LOYD and Tom’s sultry vocals slink into the fold. LOYD shares with us: “This isn’t your ordinary disco tune – it’s infused with a spooky, seductive vibe that’s sure to get you in the mood for some eerie dancing. Plus, it features the incredible vocals of Tom Aspaul, adding a whole new level of allure to the track.”
This feels like the lost soundtrack to a queer eighties horror film, with the number brimming with a mysterious and sexy atmosphere. We’re hooked.
