Chris Lane delivers a punchy country treat with his latest single Stop Coming Over. The North Carolina born star teams up with writers Brett Tyler, Jordan Dozzi and Rocky Block for his fresh track released through Big Machine Records.
Centred on the theme of moving in with a significant other, Chris croons “And you’re gonna stop coming over and start coming home, Yeah, start coming home…” against production from Joey Moi. The track has a nostalgic charm to it thanks to the old school multi-instrumental and guitar-driven melody. Chris sounds fantastic on the track, selling every line of the romantic country track.
The track joins Chris’s other solo releases of 2021, including: Ain’t Even Met You Yet, That’s What Mamas Are For, Summer Job Money and Fill Them Boots. He has also dropped collaborations with Shawn Austin and HIXTAPE in recent months. Hopefully Chris will be gearing up for a full length album soon – his most recent was 2018’s Laps Around the Sun.
