The first major upset of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK was the premature elimination of Vinegar Strokes – yet the star has wasted no time in releasing her first post-RPDR project.
The West End drag-tor is known for showing her performance chops during Everybody’s Talking About Jamie and now Vinegar showcases this in her debut solo music video, Camp!
Like the drag queen, the video refuses to take itself too seriously as Vinegar celebrates the joys of being a camp queen and takes on misogynistic attitudes in the gay community – all to an infectious upbeat dance backing laced with comic adlibs.
Vinegar, the UK’s new favourite Total Slag of a drag queen, will always have a special place for us. Check out the video for Camp! below.
