We had the pleasure of sitting down with pop legend Tameko Star who tore up the nineties music scene as part of Eurodance outfit Livin’ Joy who rose to fame with bangers such as Don’t Stop Movin’, Follow the Rules, Where Can I Find Love and a cover of Dreamer. Now Tameko delivers new single Something Beautiful which she accompanies with a kaleidoscopic new video which captures the feel-good vibes of the track. The track will be part of Tameko’s upcoming EP which can be expected in the coming months.
In our in-depth chat, Tameko spoke about her journey to success, being part of the vibrant nineties music scene, and the proudest moments of her career. It was a pleasure to hear about Tameko rubbing shoulders with nineties legends The Spice Girls and touring around the globe, as well as her inspirations.
