Alvaro Soler and Nico Santos have joined forces once again on new Latin pop delight dubbed Candela, a track which blends both English and Spanish lyrics for high-energy results. Both artists write the track alongside Jakke Erixson who also produces alongside Alvaro.
Packed with brass instrumentation and big choral backing vocals, Alvaro and Nico craft a lavish Latin party atmosphere. “Anywhere you’ll go, I follow / So don’t let go / ‘Cause we’ll be flying so high / Yo lo bailo así lo bailo así / Como candela…” the boys sing on the catchy chorus of this radio-ready hit.
The single follows Nico’s Purple Disco Machine collaboration Weekend Lover and Alvaro’s live Barcelona Sessions EP. The pair previously collaborated on Alvaro’s Fuego and Nico’s Unforgettable.
