If Andreas Wijk isn’t on your radar yet, he certainly should be. The Stockholm native has just signed a new deal with Universal Music after releasing his debut album Season 1 [Episode 01-14] as an independent artist in 2018. Now Andreas releases his first track with his new label, emotive mid-tempo anthem somebody to love.
The release showcase Andreas’ strong heartfelt vocals which the star delivers with the utmost conviction. “Is somebody out there to love me, and love me inside out, is somebody out there to love me…” the singer croons against a dubstep-tinged electronic beat. As the the tempo quickens the arrival of a choir of backing vocalists brings the track a further gravitas taking it to euphoric levels. The track is one of Andreas’ strongest releases to date and marks a staggeringly positive start to his career with Universal Music Sweden.
