Pop heartthrob Jason Derulo knows what he is doing when it comes to producing a banging dance track, fresh from his collaboration with David Guetta Saturday/Sunday, he drops new track Glad U Came.
Jason writes with an elite squad of contributors including: Jakke Erikson, Jesse Aicher, Kyle Buckley, Sam Martin, Shawn Charles, and William Spencer Bastian. The track has a slick and energetic style with Derulo showcasing his impressive vocal chops on the sing-a-long anthem.
The star shares: “‘Glad U Came’ is beautiful love story about the power of destiny. It’s one of my favorite songs I’ve ever done. Some songs come easy and some are real work records. I worked on this one for a couple of years (started November 2021) chipping away at it, spending time away from it to get fresh perspective then attacking it again. I did this till I felt it was right. I completed it right on time for summer 23, hope you love it as much as I do.“
Jason is keeping his profile boosted at both sides of the globe with a coaching job on The Voice Australia and his own BBC Three show Project Icon alongside Becky Hill.
