Spencer Sutherland remains one of pop’s best kept secrets and the Ohio born star continues to soar with new single Out of Love. The star combines forces with Storyboards for the new single which follows previous anthemic number Everybody.
Like Everybody there is a slight hint of Queen-influence in the strong piano melodies and echoing vocal effects that permeate the track. Spencer croons: “I’m out of love, Don’t know how to explain it, So calm but I’m still shaking, I’m out of love, Maybe it’s time I’ll face it, Can’t be quite what you needed…” against bold production that gives the song a truly dramatic and epic pop feel.
Out of Love is a number that will undoubtedly go off when delivered live and those in the US will be able to catch Spencer on his upcoming tour. Hopefully there will be some UK and Europe dates on the horizon too.
