Aussie pop queen Ricki-Lee has returned with her first new song in two years, upbeat club floorfiller Last Night, a track that sees her collaborate with Australian DJ-producer Throttle.
Ricki-Lee finished a national tour last year, with the multi-platinum selling and ARIA-nominated singer-songwriter realising how much she enjoyed releasing uplifting music, she noted: “When I toured last year, it reminded me how much my fans love me for uplifting, feel-good music they can dance to!” Ricki-Lee is right – we do love her uplifting brand of pop.
As well as hosting Australia’s Got Talent, Ricki-Lee has four studio albums to her name – the most recent being 2014’s Dance in the Rain. She released standalone single Not Too Late in 2017 and Unbothered in 2018. We hope that last night kicks off a new album era for the Aussie pop star. Fingers crossed!
