Corsican star Yoann Casanova delivers his eagerly awaited full length album ARIA this week. The collection blends French and English language numbers for an eclectic and thematically rich collection that shines as a sparkling debut for the handsome singer-songwriter.
Yoann found success on The Voice of France and subsequently built an international fanbase as a contestant on France’s Destination Eurovision. He’s been quick to build on the success of these appearances with stellar singles Wonderful and Nirvana. Now Yoann accompanies these tracks with a further twelve on his full length project ARIA – a reference to the element of air, freedom and new inspiration.
Yoann sings of personal subjects including the loss of his grandfather, a risky love affair, and a letter to his future child. The star sounds beautiful on these emotional numbers and delights on stellar English language debuts Steal All the Stars and Nowhere To Go. Hopefully this will be the start of further projects in the language for the star.
