Wynonna Shares Emotional New Single ‘Am I Missing Out’ Ahead of ‘The Hard Truth’

Wynonna continues her journey towards her new album The Hard Truth, following the attention-grabbing Kentucky Queen. The country icon now releases Am I Missing Out, a collaboration with writer Wyatt Moser and producer Cactus Moser.

The track is sung from the perspective of a young Wynonna, realising that an essential part of herself was eclipsed in a world where she had to grow up overnight. The song acts as a heartfelt cry to God, asking what is missing and why the emptiness continues to linger. Wynonna, as always, delivers powerful emotion and heartfelt honesty through her vocals, promising incredible things for her upcoming album, scheduled for release on October 2.

Wynonna shared: “I’ve spent a lifetime singing about heartbreak, healing, faith, and survival, but I’ve never made a record like this one. These songs tell the truth about where I’ve been, what I’ve lost, what I’ve overcome, and who I’ve become. This album asked me to be brave enough to tell the truth – even when my voice shook. It challenged me to let go of perfectionism and embrace the beauty of honest emotion.”
