Your New Pop Obsession Magnus Ferrell is Bringing Funk Back with 'Ain't The Feeling'

Rapidly rising pop talent Magnus Ferrell debuts a confident funk-flavoured pop sound on his latest single Ain’t The Feeling, a track that continues his major label signing with VISVA and Republic Records. The track follows his intoxicating pop jam Miss Me Vendetta, which helped assert him as a musical force to be reckoned with.

Magnus co-writes the contemporary funk-disco anthem with Ant Clemons and Gabe Yaron, with the latter also crafting the deliciously groovy production. Magnus’s slinky falsetto paired with the delicious danceable production helps the track shine as one of the rising star’s best – especially as it plays with tempo from fast-paced funk to a seductive, mirror ball-kissed disco slow-burner.

Magnus shares: “It’s time to bring funky back!” as he dropped the video for the seventies inspired groover.

The Los Angeles native is currently crafting his debut EP for Republic Records. Expect that at some point this year. Expect Miss Me Vendetta and Life Or Death to also sit with Ain’t The Feeling on the EP.
