The enigmatic Ukrainian musician Carpetman continues to take the music world by storm, with the masked star releasing another impressive new cut, Ain’tGottaFeelThatPain. Accompanied by the caption ‘Isn’t it funny how many meaningless things are presented as “important”?’, the track arrives with a video showing him experimenting and delivering the song in a studio, complete with hazy VHS-style visual filtering.
Written and produced by Carpetman, Ain’tGottaFeelThatPain captures his distinctive output, blending pop, R&B, blues, soul and traditional folk into a fusion unlike any other artist. With traditional Ukrainian motifs represented in his patterned attire, and visuals that match his uniquely absorbing music, Carpetman is a true star.
Carpetman continues to assert himself as one of Ukraine’s most impressive music talents, now reaching nearly 1.8 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
