Last year saw Ukraine’s TVORCHI release their impressive English-language studio album Planet X, now they return to Ukrainian for their latest hit ‘Вихідний’ (‘Weekend’). The number is a feelgood track, that celebrates the euphoria of the arrival of the weekend featuring the smooth production of Andrii Hutsuliak.
TVORCHI share: “A weekend is not a day of the week, but a state of mind that we all need so much sometimes, especially at the end of the year. We give this song and video to everyone who is tired and wants to breathe. Watch the video and cheer yourself up.”
Written by Andrii Hutsuliak, Jimoh Augustus Kehinde, and Rudko Maxim, Вихідний is another irresistible classic from the Vidbir favourites. The single also comes accompanied by a video which was shot in an office building in the centre of Kyiv during a blackout (all the equipment was powered by generators).The video was helmed by director Yuriy Katynskyi and choreographer Kostyantyn Gordienko.
