Ukraine’s The Hardkiss Deliver Cathartic New Rock Anthem ‘Tenderness’, Ready New Album & Tour

This summer we reported on Crush, the latest powerhouse rock anthem from Ukraine’s The Hardkiss. The Julia Sanina fronted band have been hard at work on a brand new studio album and give us a further taste of the set with the cathartic fresh single Tenderness.

“Crying for tenderness, I would rise if you willed it, Kill what you hate in me, Crying for tenderness, But I’m staying unheeded…” the lead vocalist emotes in the chorus, accompanied by a symphony of rock-driven production. The lyrics are penned by Iuliia Bebko and Valeriy Bebko, with Valeriy also contributing the dramatic, powerful production.

The group recently confirmed that they will be hitting the road in 2026 with multiple stops throughout Europe planned to promote their upcoming studio album.

Julia shared in a recent interview that the band struggled to find creative inspiration over the past three years, with few tracks released. The direction of the project was unclear with potential for being a solo project for Julia, however, after a recent tour the group feel energised and have been pouring this creativity into writing sessions for a new, potentially final album from The Hardkiss.

Expect plenty more singles from The Hardkiss before the arrival of their new album in 2026. This is set to combine Ukrainian and English-language tracks.
