SoundFactory recruit the vocals of Army of Lovers legend Jean-Pierre Barda and Swedish pop supremo Kristian Kaspersen for their new album Visions. Both stars lend their vocals to two tracks each, whilst the full album contains fifteen tracks to compel you to the dancefloor.
Born in 1993, when producer/remixer Emil Hellman needed a vocalist for a couple of tracks leading to his collaboration with St. James. Soon followed a string of hits in Sweden, Germany, the UK, Brazil, Canada and the US. Emil then started to do remixes for almost every Swedish act worth mentioning: Roxette, Alcazar, BWO, Helena Paparizou, Erasure, Da Buzz, Alex Saidac, Army Of Lovers, Hungry Hearts, Taylor Dayne, Gravitonas, Carola, Nouveau Riche, Ace Wilder, Pet Shop Boys, Annikafiore, Sin With Sebastian, MOK Couture, The Lab Wizard, Hysteria, Agnetha Fältskog (of ABBA), Anna Bergendahl, Italove, Solid House and countless others. Great pop credentials, we think you will agree.
Now SoundFactory returns with fifteen tracks, which you can stream above. Highlights include the deliciously camp Cocktail featuring Jean-Pierre, whilst the star’s high camp deliver on Wigs Lashes Heels Mascara will take you to a hypnotic pop paradise. Kristian lends some dramatic pop vocals to Keep This Fire Burning and Gone Gone Gone. Yet the full album is truly worth diving into – and you can do so above.
