Rising country stars Ryan and Rory bring some light to your Black Friday with brand new single Lawn Chair in the Living Room. The single is penned by Ryan Follese, Rory John Zak, Andy Albert, Trannie Anderson, and Kevin Bard, turning heartbreak into an upbeat country classic.
Ryan shares: “Rory had a difficult breakup early this year and then he came home to an empty house… a circumstance that, to songwriters, inspires a great song title: ‘Lawn Chair In The Living Room.’” Rory adds, “I decided to turn heartbreak into interior design, at least that’s what a guy would call it.”
The duo have dropped country gems including Together Again (with Jamey Johnson) this year, as well as the breezy uptempo Girls Are Pretty. To make matters even more exciting, the pair are finishing up an extensive tour with a batch of further tour dates. You can see these here.
Based in Nashville, they have finished their debut EP, a project that blends their natural chemistry, tight harmonies, and a sound that pulls from both classic and modern country, showing how their individual strengths snap together like they were always meant to.
