Red Sebastian Sings Anthem of Resilience in New Pride-Friendly Dance Track ‘Slay’

Robbed is a word that springs to mind when thinking of Belgian pop talent Red Sebastian, narrowly missing out on a place in the Eurovision Song Contest final in Basel with his banger Strobe Lights. Thankfully, the musician continues to push on with new music in the form of Pride friendly banger, Slay.

Produced by OSKI and written by Luis Oscar Santos Figueroa and Seppe Guido Yvonne Herreman, Slay is a defiant pop anthem with the star singing lyrics of perseverance and resilience. The pre-chorus sees Red Sebastian croon: “Get back on your feet / ‘Cause you’re exactly who you gotta be / It’s always been inside of you, honey / But it’s coming through, through, through…” in this ode to loving yourself.

The Ostend born star self-released his debut album You in 2021 and has subsequently released numerous standalone singles. It is hoped that Strobe Lights and Slay may make part of the Belgian musician’s eagerly anticipated second album.
