Propaganda Star Claudia Brücken Prepares New Solo Album ‘Night Mirror’, Releases Synth-driven Track ‘Rosebud’

Propaganda and more recently xPropaganda star Claudia Brücken announces news of her new studio album Night Mirror, which arrives July 4th. The album is preceded by new single Rosebud on which Claudia co-writes with John Williams – who also produces the track and full album.

Rosebud is a grooving up-tempo electronic single that sees Claudia’s distinctive vocals dance atop icy synths and impressive musical arrangement from Williams. “Have we used our time wisely / Have we lived each day / Have our stars shone nightly / Do they light our way…” Claudia sings in lyrics which are reflective and nostalgic, whilst centring on themes such as the passage of time, environmental changes, and the fragility of memories.

The set is described as an optimistic one with ten tracks written and recorded in London between 2023-2025. The album delves into themes themes of reflection and rebirth.

A press release shares: “On ‘Night Mirror’ Claudia is reunited with musical partner John Williams, whose work as a producer, writer, engineer, and record label head has seen him work with such luminaries as The Housemartins, Alison Moyet, Blancmange, Simple Minds and The Proclaimers. Contributing to the album are an accomplished series of musicians, whose credits include The Lighthouse Family, Cathy Dennis, Orlando Weeks (The Maccabees), and Kaiser Chiefs.”
