Norway’s Kyle Alessandro Releases Playful and Confident Noughties-Inspired New Single ‘Model’

He was one of the breakout stars of Eurovision 2025 with his hit Lighter, now Kyle Alessandro moves forward with new music in the impressive Model. The Norwegian hitmaker writes together with producer Richello (Henrik Sæter) and Kristin Marie Solem, with the number drawing inspiration from the early-noughties pop scene.

Fans have been eager for new music from the nineteen year old talent from Steinkjer in Trøndelag. He shares: “It feels incredibly exciting to release new music now. Eurovision was a really cool experience, but “Model” marks a new chapter. More playful and more confident.” The number is a playful and confident reintroduction from Kyle who impresses with his pop charisma and smooth vocals on the number.

Produced by Richello, the single is inspired by the heyday of Timbaland, Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado, yet feels fresh and modern enough to stand out in today’s pop world. Kyle shares: “It started as an idea to make a 2000s-inspired song. I wanted to capture the feeling of being in love and just seeing the good and cool sides of falling in love, and it quickly became personal.”

Tapping into feel-good emotions and upbeat production style, Model is a dancefloor-geared number with Kyle hoping it will allow listeners to channel their own confidence: “Model is both an attitude-filled club song and a declaration of love. I wanted to write a song that makes everyone who listens feel like the star in the room. Fans can expect a song that is real. It combines club energy with emotions, and I hope it will make people dance and smile at the same time.”

The eagle-eyed amongst us may have noticed that the single artwork contains the hint ‘Track 1’ suggesting either an EP or full album to come from the Norwegian star.
