Atle Pettersen continues his run of Norwegian-language singles with new track Noe ekte (Something Real), following on from previous releases Monster under senga, Hvis du elsket meg and Bedre neste år.
On Noe ekte, Atle delivers big, emotive, rock-driven vocals atop pounding percussion, as the track builds into a huge sing-along, windows-down summer pop anthem, with bass and guitar brought into the fold. The song boasts a punchy, stadium-ready chorus, and we know Atle has the showmanship and charisma to help it shine in a live setting.
Atle wrote the track with Elsa Søllesvik and Lasse Midtsian Nymann, while Christer Gundersen handles production.
As well as his numerous live gigs and touring projects, Atle is expected to be working on a full-length Norwegian album. Fans will also be hoping to see Atle’s name crop up when line-ups for various Eurovision national selections begin appearing in late 2026 and early 2027.
