Niall Horan is the final member of One Direction to release an album in 2026 with Dinner Party, his fourth LP. The set arrives on June 5th and preceded by the album’s title track, which showcases the optimistic style that the Irish star does so well.
Niall co-writes Dinner Party with John Ryan, Julian Bunetta, Ian Franzino, Andrew Haas and Jamie Scott. Afterhrs, John Ryan and Julian Bunetta craft the breezy, feel-good production.
Niall shared with Capital Breakfast, the story behind the track: “This was the [song] that I was like, ‘OK, this is where the album starts from here’ … Because my relationship started on the night that this song is about. And I realised that that dinner party became a bigger thing than just sitting around, getting drunk, and having a bit of food. It’s become the next six years of my life and hopefully the rest of it. So it allowed me to then go and write songs that were about all of the moments of this said relationship.”
Release notes share: “Niall Horan will release his fourth solo album, Dinner Party, out June 5. Calling it “a thank you to the past and a hello to the present,” the album features 12 new tracks shaped by love, intimacy, fear, loss, hope and dreams. Cinematic yet organic, Dinner Party invites listeners to take a seat at the table and share in the warmth, wit and sincerity that define the album.”
Dinner Party follows Niall’s third album, The Show, which hit #1 in the UK album charts.
