MEEK delivers her new single Expensive Taste, an uplifting pop gem about being broke while having expensive taste. The track follows MEEK’s previous singles Fabulous and Beautiful Freeks, showcasing her powerhouse pop vocals over anthemic production.
Written by MEEK, David Pramik and Caroline Baker, the track is packed with humorous lyrics such as, “Want a hundred tiny dogs / With the same name (A hundred tiny dogs) / And I might open a restaurant / And then a chain (And then a chain)…”, while retaining MEEK’s delightfully theatrical pop sound.
Anticipation continues to build for MEEK’s upcoming album, which is expected to be released around the time of her Worldful of Weirdos tour in November.
