We recently featured an interview with talented Moldovan star Maxim Zavidia, where the musician hinted at some of the exciting new music we could expect. The first of these new tracks is Самый Новый Год (The Newest New Year) a collaboration between the handsome Maxim and rising talent Senkevich.
The track is driven by powerful electronic synths, with an up-tempo production that radiates optimism and feel-good energy. Maxim sounds flawless, bringing his undeniable charisma and effortless style to a song that is set to become a fan favourite well beyond the festive season. Senkevich’s vocals beautifully complement Maxim’s, with the pair sounding fresh and truly dynamic together.
Maxim will later be returning to Moldova’s Selecţia Naţională in 2026, with the star featuring on the longlist for the country’s national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest. This will be with a separate, brand new song called Alo (Hello). Good luck Maxim!
