Listen: UK Pop Royalty Blue Prepare 'Reflections' Album with Synth-Driven Anthem 'Beautiful Spiritual'

Blue have released a few tasters of their upcoming January 9th scheduled Reflections album including One Last Time and Waste My Time. They now deliver Beautiful Spiritual – a number geared towards the dancefloor, modern synth-driven pop that showcases an exciting new direction for the band.

Lee shares: “I wrote ‘Beautiful Spiritual’ 22 years ago after doing my first solo album. I got in with Jarrad Rogers and literally wrote a whole album in 3 weeks. ‘Beautiful Spiritual’ was one of those songs! It really does show you sometimes songs have their own divine timing in this crazy world of music. Two decades later and this track finally made it to the front of the queue, I never gave up on hoping this song would one day have its moment. I think that’s a life lesson right there, sometimes a little patience and tenacity goes a long long long way.”

Big choruses and the incredible fusion of the voices of Duncan James, Lee Ryan, Antony Costa, and Simon Webbe’s vocals sound as good as ever. Beautiful Spiritual was written by Lee with Jarrad Rogers (Charli XCX) and the band’s regular collaborator Paul Visser. It was produced by GoldCrush and Jarrad Rogers.
