Listen: Frankie Grande Releases Poignant New Synthpop Single 'I Don't Remember It'

Frankie Grande’s debut album Hotel Rock Bottom was one of our highlights of 2025 with the star showcasing a great ear for a defiantly queer pop banger. Frankie wastes no time giving us even more new music, releasing his latest single I Don’t Remember It – a collaboration with queer pop legend and Culture Fix favourite Gregory Dillon – with the star producing and co-writing the track with Frankie.

The track is Frankie’s way of reliving his prom experience, this time the way it should have been. The pop talent shared: “This song lets me rewrite my prom FANTASY the right way… with a cute boy and a whole lot of GAY MAGIC.” The musician sings: “Maybe we danced through the night / Or did we leave in a fight? / I don’t remember it / Maybe when we kissed on the stars / Or fell asleep in your car / I don’t remember it…” atop production laced with a synth-soaked nostalgia and dreamy romantic electro backing.

The track comes accompanied with a prom-set video directed by Maksym Varenyk, that captures a moment in Frankie’s personal history revisited and fixed with a queer brilliance.
