Swedish pop legend Lena Philipsson returns with her new English-language single Good Time Is Coming, an optimistic pop track that is perfect for the breezy, sun-stroked summer months.
Lena sings: “Oh – good time’s coming to me / Baby we can oh – taste the bitter and sweet, yeah / There’s no need to worry no need to cry / This is the best day of my life / Yeah, oh – a good time’s coming to me…” atop breezy power-pop production, which she crafts alongside her co-producers Joakim Buddee and Truls Östlund.
Good Time Is Coming is Lena’s first single since Bad Blood, a track she released alongside Per Gessle of Roxette, with Lena subsequently stepping in to tour with Per. Lena Philipsson is, of course, known to European pop fans across the globe after representing Sweden at the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest with It Hurts. She has competed in Sweden’s Melodifestivalen four times as a performer.
We’re delighted to have Lena back with brand-new music. Hopefully, there is plenty more to come from the Swedish star.
