One of the standout tracks of the 2026 Eurovision season is Croatian act LELEK’s commanding Andromeda, which is set to debut in semi-final one of the contest. Culture Fix’s Greg sat down with the folk-pop five-piece, made up of Inka, Judita, Korina, Lara and Marina, to chat all about the track, representing Croatia, and preparing for the contest itself.
The band reflected on their formation and previous Dora entry, the impressive Soul of My Soul, digging into how they have grown since that debut. With expectations high for Andromeda, the group explore their first time hearing the powerful instrumental demo, working with their manager on the track, and constructing the cinematic music video.
LELEK give some indication of upgrading the performance for the stage in Vienna and how they are excited for the globetrotting experience of the various Eurovision pre-parties around Europe. Immersing themselves in the culture of the contest, LELEK also discuss their impressive cover of Ruslana’s Wild Dances and the future music that fans can expect after the contest.
