LA Pop Duo Druzy Release Nostalgic Debut Album ‘The Brightest Star’

Bri Conroy and Luc Alexiades make up the Los Angeles-based duo Druzy, who have been releasing stellar pop cuts including Move Right On and Crystal Clear since their 2015 debut. Now, ten years into their musical journey, the pair unveil their debut studio album, The Brightest Star.

The ten track collection features previous singles I Won’t Stop the Love, Walk Over and Deepest Heights, among others, and showcases the distinct, fresh sound of Bri and Luc. The Brightest Star compels listeners to move, from the percussion-heavy Prince flavour of Walk Over to the noughties pop shimmer of Eyes On You. Bubbling synths and eighties-inspired hooks shine on Shadow in the Night, while Give Me Something captures the euphoric bounce and energy of Whitney’s How Will I Know.

Druzy share: “Ten tracks, each one carefully chosen and holding a special place in our hearts. After releasing singles and EPs, we’re so excited to finally share our first album. We had the best time creating The Brightest Star together. Take a listen and let us know which one stays with you.”
