Polish singer-songwriter Kuba Szmajkowsky makes a welcome musical return with new English-language single Back to Your Hands. The track is accompanied by a Greek-set music video that sees Kuba on a romantic villa escape.
The track is penned by Stanisław Szymański and Jakub Szmajkowski, with Kuba singing: “Every time you leave I lose my balance / told myself we’re done, now here I’m standing / your silhouette is dragging me backwards / I swear I’m over you, then it happens…” Back to Your Hands is produced by Brajan Litkowiec, Krzysztof Junak, Jeremi Siejka, Jakub Laszuk and Jacek Mrówczyński, who capture the romantic, feel-good vibe of the track atop high-energy pop production.
Kuba is a favourite of the Eurovision fandom thanks to his Wielki Finał Polskich Kwalifikacji entries including Pray, You Do Me and Lovesick. He has also collaborated with Swedish star Liamoo on Running With Lightning.
