Swedish singer-songwriter Klara Hammarström begins an exciting new chapter with her new independent pop single Gravity.
Klara co-writes the track with Rob Grimaldi, David Brook and Anika Wells, with the track being her first release since 2025’s On and On and On, which was a favourite of that year’s Melodifestivalen. Interestingly, the track marks the musician’s first single as an independent artist, and also sees her step in as producer alongside Erik Pettersson, Rob Grimaldi and Elias Dalstad. No wonder she’s proud of this one.
Klara shared: “Have longed so much to share this with you. A song about daring to let go, fall and feel everything. Now it’s that era, Turn up the volume and say what you think!!”
Lyrically, the track sees Klara tackle themes of bravery and risk-taking, singing: “Parachutes are overrated / What’s the heart if you don’t break it? / Every astronaut that′s comes back down to Earth / Will tell you gravity hurts / But I’m still jumping, for better or for worse”
