Orlando-based singer-songwriter John K readies his third album Salt + Light – set to feature his streaming hits Honey and Lost, as well as new track Never Been In Love. John drops the latter of these tracks this week working with producer Grant Boutin and co-writers Boutin, Donte Blaise, and Will Jay.
Never Been in Love is a joyous uptempo, driven by optimistic guitar, grooving percussion and a feel good vocal from the musician. The track comes off the back of John’s lauded support turns for OneRepublic and Marc E Bassy.
On the upcoming album, John shares: “The goal is still timeless, classic, and story-driven songwriting. But I write from my heart not only for myself—but for my wife and my growing family as well.”
