Jacqline Drops Debut EP ‘Forever June’ Featuring ‘Woman’ And ‘On Top’

We are delighted to share the news that Jacqline has dropped her debut EP, Forever June. The five-track set, released via Universal Music, features Jacqline’s Melodifestivalen 2026 anthem Woman, as well as her recent single On Top.

The Swedish star shares: “This EP feels like the most honest and straightforward music I’ve made so far. Each song represents a side of me and together they tell the story of someone who has dared to let go of the old and land more in themselves. I feel more secure in who I am, both as a person and an artist, and it comes through in the music. You also get a little insight into what’s to come.”

Sharing the special meaning behind the EP’s title track, Jacqline notes: “I’m definitely in my big love song season right now. ‘Forever June’ actually started out as a completely different song. I loved it back then, but the more I grew and changed, the less it felt like me. When we rewrote it, it instead became a song about that kind of love that makes everyday life colourful and that ordinary days become your favourite days. To me, the song feels like a love letter to the kind of love that makes summer never really end.”

The musician also highlights On Top as having a special significance to her: “‘On Top’ was almost like a manifestation for me. It’s like I entered the energy of the person I’m becoming before I fully felt myself there. It’s playful, flirty and confident, but there’s also something quite vulnerable behind all that.”

Other tracks featured on the EP include GPS and Fantasy Girl. The EP sees the star blend pop, soul and modern R&B influences to create a unique fusion that picks up nicely where Jacqline’s previous hits, including Effortless and Glove, left off.
