He’s one of the most exciting voices in US pop at the moment, with rising musician Grant Knoche continuing to flex his creative muscles as a singer, producer and songwriter. His latest single is WOOHOO, a slinky electropop number that sees Grant’s soulful vocals bounce atop electronic urban production, resulting in a track that shines with a swagger and cool.
Grant shares: “I made the foundation of this track over 2 years ago and found it a few months ago while cleaning out my computer. I instantly felt like it had to have a new life and here it is 🙂 had so much fun writing and self producing this one!” Lyrically the musician delves into themes about coping with heartbreak and emotional disconnection through escapism.
Grant co-writes with Devin Dygert and Liam Benayon, with the single continuing to showcase Grant’s skills as a pop producer, following on from an impressive run of up-tempo pop anthems including MOVIESTAR, AUTOPILOT, and TALK. We are hopeful that these singles will form the basis of a new album from Grant.
