MIKOLAS‘ debut album ONE, released last year, was an undeniable highlight of the year. The Czech star now begins the journey to his sophomore album with new single SAMBA. The new high energy anthem is written by Cristiano Cesario, Mikoláš Josef Čapoun and Myles Gooden.
With production from Cristiano Cesario, MIKOLAS and Johannes Herbst, SAMBA presents a powerful energy, with the electronic pop number soundtracked by Latin flavoured percussion and grand backing vocals. The track is expected to be the first single from MIKOLAS’s second album, which is thought to arrive towards the end of this year. MIKOLAS’ website shares: “The energy, strength, and message carried by Samba are inspired by real-life stories, including the theme of single parenthood.”
MIKOLAS celebrated the release of SAMBA with a show in Prague last Friday, the Lie to Me star also accompanies this with a powerful new music video which you can watch above.
