Zac Hart builds bridges between the worlds of pop and country on his new single Alone. The number penned by Zac and Grant Anderson blends banjo-flavoured country with contemporary pop as the singer-songwriter chronicles the emotional chaos of reconnecting with a former flame.
Zac explains: “I’m most entertained by heartbreak. It always seems to carry more weight than anything else until you’re on the other side of it. Even when life is good we never forget how it feels. If we want to escape it or find something to help us through it, that’s why I need to write songs.”
Alone is set to be the first taste of a new project from Zac, following on from his 2024 EP These Days. Zac is an undeniable star on the rise, bringing an authenticity to his musical storytelling alongside impressive pop hooks and a natural charisma.
