“Cause when you kiss me, I get a little bit crazy, baby, I’m sorry, this is a love song…” Cara Delevingne sings on her new single Crazy, Baby, a high-energy pop cut taken from her freshly announced debut album. Following the double single Out of My Head and I Forgot, Cara’s debut album Not Normal will arrive on September 25.
Accompanied by a Samara Weaving-starring video, Crazy, Baby mixes things up from Cara’s previous releases, leaning more towards radio-friendly pop with a little influence from the track’s co-writer Fiona Apple. The full creative team behind the track includes writers Cara Delevingne, Tommy King, Victoria Ryann Zaro, Fiona Apple, Amelia Meath and BJ Burton, with Burton co-producing alongside Cara.
Cara shared with followers: “Crazy, Baby is out now. the fact that I have the wonderfully talented and gorgeous Samara Weaving in my video is a real pinch me moment. I am the luckiest lady in the world I get to work with my friends.” She previously mentioned: “This song was written from a place of true love so it means the world to me that the world will finally get to hear it.”
The full tracklisting for the album is yet to be revealed, but it will contain twelve tracks, including Out of My Head, I Forgot and Crazy, Baby.
