Boy George and Culture Club return with their first new music since their 2019 album Life, delivering new double single Letting Things Go and The Next Thing Will Be Amazing.
The band shared: “We’re starting the year with two songs we’ve loved playing live – “Letting Things Go” and “The Next Thing Will Be Amazing”.” They continue: “Along with remixes from Loverush UK! and Kinky Roland, this one’s for the dancefloor and for everyone who’s been waiting. Out now – and we’ll see you on the road in 2026.”
The tracks are produced by Benny D and written by Benny Di Massa, Boy George, Mikey Craig and Roy Hay, and released through BGP Records. Both numbers are optimistic tracks in which Boy George’s vocals deliver a soulful charm against grooving mid-tempo production.
Its not yet known if a full Culture Club album is in the works or if this is just a standalone release. Those looking for a full body of work might enjoy Boy George’s 2025 solo album SE18 which sees the star revisit his reggae sound.
