Blue are currently hard at work on a new studio album to celebrate their twenty-five years in the music business, whilst band member Lee Ryan has also been building up a large collection of solo material – the latest including Swedish pop influenced new single One More Night.
Press notes share: “Whilst Blue are currently working together on a new studio album and their 25th Anniversary, Lee has never stopped writing, and has a large collection of solo material. This first single to be released by Cooking Vinyl” Blue have also partnered with Cooking Vinyl for their as yet unannounced upcoming studio release.
One More Night was written by Lee with Novel Janussi and William Hendriksen in 2024 in Sweden and is the perfect summer pop tune. The number combines electronic dancepop flavours, Lee’s unmistakable vocals and breezy Summer production from Hendriksen and Janussi.
It is not clear yet whether Lee will be releasing more standalone singles or whether his recent solo singles will be part of a full length album or EP from the star.
