GERMAN POPAustrian star Alexander Eder returns with his latest single, Das Leben Ist Ein Arschloch, a high-energy pop-rock track that pairs his signature deep vocals with rousing production from Andreas Frei.
Written by Andi Frei, Sebastian Horn, Alexander Eder and Beni Hafner, Das Leben Ist Ein Arschloch (‘Life is an Asshole’) delivers the kind of bold, energetic sound that has become synonymous with Alexander’s music. The track embraces a refreshingly unfiltered attitude, with its German-language title setting the tone for a song that doesn’t shy away from life’s frustrations while still delivering plenty of energy and character. There’s a slightly more frustrated emotional edge to this track, which captures the challenges of life.
Produced by Andreas Frei, the track showcases Alexander’s ability to combine powerful vocals with powerhouse pop-rock production, creating another punchy addition to his growing catalogue.
Alexander is currently expected to be working on the follow-up to his 2025 album Quer durch die Bank. Recent singles Crash Out and All the Way Up are expected to feature.
