We’ve been praying for the return of dancepop Lady Gaga for what feels like an eternity. The singer’s new single Stupid Love spearheads her upcoming LG6 album (rumoured to be titled Chromatica) and despite leaking several weeks before its official release, still slaps hard.
Accompanied by a video shot on an iPhone 11 Pro, Stupid Love is a bouncing shimmery upbeat electronic pop anthem. Squarely aimed at the dancefloor, this optimistic track was produced by regular collaborator BloodPop.
The video directed by Australian filmmaker Daniel Askill marks the return of Gaga’s much-loved story driven videos and has us intrigued about the world of Chromatica and the album campaign that is about to unfold.
