The Pyramid’s impressive setting is likely to generate a lot of interest – just as Parisian catacomb horror, As Above, So Below is doing now.
As the title suggests, The Pyramid takes us to Egypt where a team of US archaeologists (lead by the ever brilliant Denis O’Hare) uncover a dark secret lurking within a recently discovered Pyramid.
We hope that there is enough substance behind the cool location to maintain our interest and showcase a few nifty scares – but we will need to wait and see when The Pyramid hits cinemas. With producer Alexandre Aja and a supporting turn from The Inbetweeners’ James Buckley (in a serious role), we are intrigued to say the least.
The Pyramid gets its UK release on December 5th.
