Just as his former Eurovision Song Contest compatriot and duet partner, Sergey Lazarev, releases his new track Bonnie and Clyde, Dima Blian releases a new Russian language track Midnight Taxi.
Полуночное такси (Polynochnaye Taksi) actually sounds like a classic Stock Aitken Waterman anthem – that is if they had joined the Soviet Union. It’s a smooth pop number with high energy electronic production where Dima sings about two lovers driving off together in the back of a taxi. Because there is truly no sexier, more romantic location that the back of a taxi.
