With a title like this and the film’s continual exploitation of Mark Wahlberg’s Adonis-like physique, it seems like Daddy’s Home is well aware of what it’s doing. Originally we were a bit disappointed that Will Ferrell’s next collaboration with the Pain & Gain star wasn’t The Other Guys 2, but we’ve been won over by the trailer for this alternative.
Daddy’s Home, directed by Sean Anders and John Morris (Horrible Bosses 2, eep), sees a step-dad’s life turned upside down, when his stepkids father comes back into their life.
Even if the film does turn out to be another Horrible Bosses 2, at least we’ve got these snaps of Marky Mark to appreciate (see after the trailer).
Daddy’s Home hits UK cinemas on Boxing Day.
