Jaws for the new generation seems high praise indeed – but we feel this might be more appropriately dubbed Jaws: The Revenge or Deep Blue Sea for the next generation. Don’t aim too high Sony. Either way with Eli Roth leaving Meg we have been feeling a little disappointed by niche shark flick news in recent weeks and this has perked us right up. Now kill that sharky bastard Blake!
The Shallows hits UK cinemas on the 1st of July which is now coincidentally the best day of your life.
