We receive the first look at Mark Wahlberg and director Peter Berg’s latest collaboration, Deepwater Horizon today. The teaser amps up the foreboding tension as it explores the build up to one of the most catastrophic oil rig disasters in recent years, the 2010 BP oil spill.
Wahlberg leads an all-star cast featuring Kate Hudson, Dylan O’Brien, Kurt Russell, John Malkovich, Gina Rodriguez, Stella Allen and Ethan Suplee. With such an array of talent on-board and Berg and Wahlberg’s proven track record with Lone Survivor, we’re feeling pretty optimistic about Deepwater Horizon.
Deepwater Horizon hits cinemas 30th of September 2016 in the UK.
