As one of the BBC’s most experienced newsreaders, Fiona Bruce has long been a household name. As host of Question Time, she has shown she can moderate conflict superbly. Bruce would be an intelligent, analytical faithful who would not shy away from direct questioning and interrogation at the Round Table.
Joe Lycett: Comedian and TV Presenter
As a sharp and witty comic, Lycett has consistently remained one of the most popular comedians in the UK. Fans will know that much of Lycett’s early act involved trolling ‘Karens’ online and fighting for local justice—so he would undoubtedly cause chaos in the castle, whether chosen as a faithful or a traitor.
Gemma Collins: Reality TV Icon
Despite being an often divisive character, few can deny that The GC makes unmissable TV. Having shot to prominence in The Only Way Is Essex and becoming a household name following stints in I’m a Celeb, Celebrity Big Brother, and Dancing on Ice, Collins has earned lasting success in her own right. We can’t even begin to imagine how many incredible memes would be created if Gemma entered the castle—producers, please make this happen!
John McEnroe: Tennis Legend
As one of the most controversial and outspoken sportsmen ever, McEnroe has never been known to bite his tongue and would make an incredible traitor. Witty, funny, and charismatic, we are sure McEnroe could easily get others onside, and his competitive spirit would be difficult for others to overcome.
Michelle Visage: TV Presenter and Radio DJ
Having shot to fame as a judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race, the former Seduction singer is now a BBC staple, with her own show on Radio 2 on Friday nights. We loved Visage’s recent cameo in BBC’s comedy Smoggie Queens and would love to see her acting skills in full swing if she was chosen as a traitor on the show.
Alan Carr: Comedian and TV Presenter
Star of Chatty Man and Changing Ends, Alan Carr has remained one of the UK’s most popular comics since his earlier appearances on The Friday Night Project and his stand-up show Tooth Fairy. Carr would clearly be a popular and approachable figure in the castle, and seeing him recruited as a traitor would be hysterical!
Davina McCall: TV Presenter and Author
The former host of Streetmate and Big Brother has remained a prominent figure on mainstream TV, with shows such as The Masked Singer, My Mum, Your Dad, and Long Lost Family. As a popular author and presenter, Davina would be a trusted and relatable figure in the castle—putting her in a great position as a potential traitor.
Gyles Brandreth: Former Politician and TV Panellist
Former Conservative MP Brandreth is now one of the elder statesmen of daytime TV, as a regular contributor to This Morning’s daily news review. A highly intelligent speaker, Gyles could command the Round Table well and would surely be an influential figure among the group. Plus, his hilarious anecdotes about famous friends would make incredible TV.
Emma Bunton: Singer
As one-fifth of the Spice Girls, Emma is a household name and a much-loved performer and radio DJ. Bunton has remained a popular addition to casts, including Strictly Come Dancing and Dancing on Ice, as a judge. Could Emma use her ‘Baby Spice’ persona to gain the trust of the group and ultimately become a winning traitor?
Pierce Brosnan: Actor
How amazing would it be to have James Bond in The Traitors castle? Charming and charismatic, Brosnan could use all of his acting experience from films such as Die Another Day and Mamma Mia! to become the ultimate saboteur—and backstab the faithfuls!
