Italian pop talent Osvaldo Supino returns with his next slice of anthemic dancepop, Gold. The single follows previous releases Body Burning, Don’t Hold Back and Lights Down Low, navigating similar club-friendly sounds.
Gold sees Osvaldo write and produce alongside Ili and Riley Smith on the track which centres around a hopeful message of inner-strength reaffirmed by the song’s lyrics: “Yeah I know I got me, myself and I / Always find the light / Every-time it makes me stronger / I’m made of gold, I’m made of gold…” Accompanied by soaring electronic production, Osvaldo’s smooth and absorbing vocal delivery makes Gold one of the singer’s strongest moments.
Osvaldo shares: “In this song I do not minimize any pain, and my trauma, but I tell it and face it with my head held high, without false compromises. Sometimes it is precisely what has hurt us so deeply and how we get up to make us understand how important we are. for ourselves, how strong we are despite everything, how “golden” we really are.“
Gold is accompanied by a music video created in collaboration with the Caravians. The single and video will also be released in Spanish with the title “Lo haré por mi” on the 8th of July.
