Reteaming with Jim Eliot, co-writer of his smash hits Jealousy, and Mima co-writer of All the Songs, Will Young returns with Why Does It Hurt. The single is set to feature on ‘20 Years The Greatest Hits’, the musician’s second greatest hits collection. The new album marks twenty year’s since Will’s famous Pop Idol win.
Why Does It Hurts pairs Will’s soulful vocals with slick electronic production as he sings: “Why does it hurt? Why is it hurting? / Why does it hurt all the time? / Why must I hurt to feel something? / Why must I hurt myself all the time?” The new single is also joined by fellow newbie Breaking Free which will be able to stream when the collection is released on 27th May.
